His skills have been developed through exposure to a range of complex and diverse projects, both local and abroad.  Monte’s client-centric approach ensures focused outcomes are achieved and the clients key project deliverables can be assured.

Monte’s work abroad has seen him work on a number of iconic projects, managing all aspects of construction from planning, resourcing, construction management, client management to final contractual closeout. Monte’s ability to navigate through complex and large-scale projects by bringing teams together on delivery, ensured outstanding results and a focus on a best for project outcomes.

Monte’s projects have given him a multi-faceted understanding of construction, with a hands-on approach whilst bringing a practical can do attitude ensures the clients and projects key deliverables are set and achieved.
