Melbourne Metro Bid (VIC)
The Melbourne Metro project is presently the largest infrastructure project in Australia. It consists of 9km of railway tunnel and 5 strategically located underground railway stations - running from South Yarra to North Melbourne. CMC Group provided integral support to the joint venture and significant
input to the complex construction methodology, planning and costing aspects of the tender.
LEVEL CROSSING REMOVAL
Our team is experienced in working in live-rail environments and understands the operational restraints and gateways required for occupation, planning and readiness which are specific to the
rail environment. So when the Victorian State Government recently rolled-out a program to remove 52 level crossings in Melbourne, CMC Group was able to provide suitable engineers and managers to major
contractors involved in the project, in both tender and delivery phases.
Lendlease at The Northern Road Stage 2
CMC Group is currently providing commercial support to Lendlease at The Northern Road Stage 2
project. The project is a +$400 million upgrade of an arterial road near the (soon to be) Western Sydney
Airport at Badgerys Creek. On completion, the upgraded road will become part of a major transport
corridor servicing the South West Priority Growth Area and the Western Sydney Priority Growth Area
